Substantiation of technology for obtaining capsules of a multi-component drug with neurotropic action
نویسندگان
چکیده
The aim of the work. Theoretical and experimental substantiation a rational technology for obtaining preparation in form capsules based on uridine-5-monophosphate disodium salt, cytidine-5-monophosphate vitamin B6, thioctic acid magnesium lactate dihydrate, determination process parameters that can affect critical quality characteristics active pharmaceutical ingredients product establishing acceptance criteria each parameter to be used batch production control.
Materials methods. Objects research: masses encapsulation, granulates finished - with conventional name “Neuronucleos”. To obtain capsules, (API) were used: salt (Shanghai Oripharm Co. Ltd., China), Modern Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd..”, pyridoxine hydrochloride (“DSM Nutritional Products GmbH”, Germany), (“Moes Cantabra S.L.”, Spain). indicators studied: description, average mass content uniformity mass, dosage units, dissolution, accompanying impurities, quantitative API. Methods liquid chromatography complexometric titration used.
Results. It has been established use direct mixing method does not allow encapsulation corresponding indicator "Bulk density". wet granulation fluidized bed substantiated. shown it is difficult perform an API mixture containing acid. two stages: granulate from dihydrate moisturizer solution (sorbitol + salt) then granulate, acid, anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide stearate by method.
Conclusions. On basis performed technological research analysis obtained capsule using was chosen. mode substantiated optimal high-quality selected,

15 صفحه اولsingle-step synthesis of multi-component spirobarbiturates using ionic liquids and synthesis of substituted pyridine filled with catalysts supported on solid substrate
in this thesis, a better reaction conditions for the synthesis of spirobarbiturates catalyzed by task-specific ionic liquid (2-hydroxy-n-(2-hydroxyethyl)-n,n-dimethylethanaminium formate), calcium hypochlorite ca(ocl)2 or n-bromosuccinimide (nbs) in the presence of water at room temperature by ultrasonic technique is provided. the design and synthesis of spirocycles is a challenging task becaus...
15 صفحه اولinvestigating the integration of translation technologies into translation programs in iranian universities: basis for a syllabus design in translation technology
today, information technology and computers are indispensable tools of any profession and translation technologies have become an indispensable part of translator’s workstation. with the increasing demands for high productivity and speed as well as consistency and with the rise of new demands for translation and localization, it is necessary for translators to be familiar with market demands an...
investigating the feasibility of a proposed model for geometric design of deployable arch structures
deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...
O-5: Preparation of Multi-Component Drug Delivery Systems
Background: Despite global interest, the development of single step processes for the preparation of effective drug delivery systems still faces numerous challenges. There is great demand for processing methods that are efficient, flexible, scalable and economical for the generation of wide range of encapsulated structures. Over the past few decades, electrohydrodynamic (EHD) processing has rec...
